About Harrison Engineering Inc. Harrison Engineering is centrally located in Pleasant Hill, California and now in San Rafael, California as well. Founded in March 2001, we provide municipal civil engineering services to government clients throughout the greater San Francisco Bay area. Our staff has extensive experience in both small and large projects, providing a broad range of civil engineering services. The quality, professionalism and commitment to our work are reflected by our repeat clientele, such as the Cities of Danville, Walnut Creek, Tiburon, San Anselmo, Concord, Lafayette, Oakley, Pittsburg, Antioch, Pleasant Hill, Moraga and the Ironhouse Sanitary District. Our primary goal is to have satisfied clients. We accomplish this by being responsive to our clients and providing a quality work product. Accessibility and communication are the keys to being responsive. Quality comes from experienced engineers actually working on the project. Our project managers are “hands on” in the design of every project, to ensure you receive a quality product. Our staff is proficient in AutoCAD and Land Desktop which we utilize for the creation of digital terrain models and design of profiles and alignments for channels, roadways and grading plans. We also have extensive experience with hydraulic modeling of open channels, culvert systems, detention basins and other hydraulic structures. Although the firm’s core workload is design of municipal infrastructure projects, we have the capability and experience to provide construction management services for our municipal clients. Our experience with municipal projects also gives us the ability to assist cities with the planning, administration and coordination of CIP projects.
